The membership model allows me to give you a personalized clinical experience while offering comprehensive medical care. It will be important that you have a primary care provider or hub to provide 24/7 call coverage and immunizations, such that our time and work together can be focused on your long-term health. My goal is to provide attentive integrative care for you and your family, the flexibility of both in-person and virtual visits, the sustainable continuity that is critical for great outcomes, and to include exclusive member pricing for lab testing, supplements, and products alongside supportive provider communication and education to support your care.
Who is the Membership Plan for?
- You know you want more connection with and guidance from your provider in cultivating great health, well-being, and ease
- You have conditions such as autoimmunity, hormonal shifts and perimenopausal symptoms, thyroid dysfunction, digestive imbalances, or food intolerances that will require more frequent visits for problem solving and management
- You are a pregnant person (with a primary maternity care provider) and want tailored support for your health through out pregnancy and into postpartum
- You are an athlete or recovering from injury trying to rebuild and dial in your physical well-being
- You have a primary care provider or clinic that can provide 24/7 call coverage and immunizations
- You are interested in comprehensive lab testing and supplements at a significant discount, and regular tailored educational content
- You want your provider to stay focused on you and your family’s long-term healthcare

- $193 per month for one adult
- $143 per month for an additional adult
- $50 per month for each child (under 18yo)
- 10% Discount when paid for a full year (12 months)
A la Carte Care:
- 90-minute Initial Visit: $373
- 30-minute Follow-Up Visit: $163
- 15-minute Acute/Brief Visit: $83
Who is A la Carte for?
- You aren’t sure what you need yet or want to meet me before you decide
- You are already very healthy and have strong foundational habits and do not need the time and access that a Member may want and need
- You also want more connection with and guidance from your provider in cultivating great health, well-being, and ease
- You have an established primary care provider who will manage your labs, medications, and/or referrals and you are looking to work with me as a Specialist
- You can convert from A la Carte to Member, and I will pro-rate the membership for the remainder of that 12-month period
